Paul A Taylor - Founder

I have had a love for the sea all of my life. My Danish and Norwegian ancestors where ship builders and sailors. My grandfather was a man of the sea and spent his life travelling the oceans of the world from a young age. He often shared his adventures with me of faraway exotic destinations and stories of great adventure. I was mesmerised with his tales of adventure from a young age and it’s no doubt that he added the saltwater into my veins and instilled my love of boats and the sea.
Given my love of the sea and of course boats, throughout my life I’ve have been blessed to experience the many countries and cultures of this big blue planet.
Whilst the big cities and ports leave me in awe, I always find myself drawn back to the small harbour and ports of the special ‘out of the way’ places. I find myself relishing in the day to day happenings of the local fisherman, boat builders and sailors. Always finding my peace gazing out across the water dreaming of what’s possible just out beyond that horizon.
Fortunately, I’m lucky enough to work in an industry that I love and that combines all of these passions along with putting a deal together, negotiating a mutually beneficial outcome and meeting extraordinary people (my clients) who often become friends and who have similar passions to my own. And, the #1 bonus is I get tremendous satisfaction bringing my clients yachting dreams to reality.
I have always believed and lived by John A Shedds Proverb from his book Salt From The Attic
‘A ship in harbour is safe, but that’s not what ships are built for.’
I look forward to hearing and helping you with furthering your adventures on the sea.
Kind Regards
Paul
